Building Africa's largest
entertainment monetization platform,
from Japan.

JAEBC Corporation is an Africa-focused entertainment digital trading company, integrating fan communities, downstream assets, Japanese IP, and data. Starting in Nigeria, expanding across Egypt and South Africa.

Why JAEBC Corporation

Africa is already a content supplier.
Now, digital consumption is about to explode.

Africa is home to 1.4 billion people, projected to reach 2.5 billion by 2050. Afrobeats and Nollywood are already global hits; 350M diaspora extend the market. Nigeria's mobile data consumption mirrors India 7 years ago — the next 3–5 years will accelerate.

Afrobeats charts globally; Nollywood is one of the world's largest film industries. Africa is already a content supplier, and its ~350M diaspora extends demand well beyond the continent.

Nigeria's monthly mobile data consumption is ~12GB per person — the same level as India around 2018, when Crunchyroll's subscriber base multiplied. India is now at ~36GB. Nigeria could close that gap within 3–5 years. Lagos alone is a 25M-person urban economy with median age 19.

The market is being restructured now: Canal+'s acquisition of MultiChoice (2025), Showmax closing in 2026, and AfDB's $600M iDICE fund for digital & creative industries. In Japan, METI targets a jump from ¥6T to ¥20T of content exports by 2033. Push and pull are aligning at the same time.

JAEBC Corporation seizes this window as an Africa-focused entertainment digital trading company — combining community, downstream assets, Japanese IP, and data into Africa's largest entertainment monetization platform.

Business

Four business lines compound into an ecosystem.

Market entry and ad agency, IP licensing and Japan-Africa co-production, experience assets and merchandise, and fan data SaaS — a trading-house model that captures the value chain end-to-end.

01 / MARKET ENTRY · AD AGENCY

Market Entry & Ad Agency

Marketing & business development for Japanese companies

Redesigning Japanese products and brands to fit local demand — starting from fan communities. Strategy, content, events, and data delivered as one package.

02 / IP & CO-PRODUCTION

IP Licensing & Japan-Africa Co-production

Japanese IP into Africa, African IP into Japan

Brokering Japanese anime, music, games, and TV formats to African cinemas, broadcasters, streamers, and consumer brands via a single J-Package window. Beyond licensing, we drive Japan-Africa co-productions with local studios such as Kugali Media (Disney co-production credits) — building a two-way IP relationship rather than one-way distribution.

03 / EXPERIENCE & MERCH

Experience Assets & Merchandise

Cinemas, TV, manga cafés, arcades, events, and merchandise

A GENDA-style portfolio of real assets — cinemas, TV, manga cafés, arcades, and live events — combining location, operations, and content to compound ROA. Merchandise anchored in anime, music, and events — cross-sold with Japanese consumer goods. Inspired by the K-Package playbook.

04 / FAN DATA SAAS

Fan Data SaaS

Viewing · attendance · purchase · events · social

A dashboard integrating viewing, attendance, purchase, event, and social data — the first 360-degree view of African entertainment demand for IP holders, brands, and investors.
